1. CHEAPER ELSEWHERE!  :Find the same product cheaper on the HIGHSTREET ( max 2 weeks after purchase , except promotions and sale periods) and we will refund the difference. ( Just let us know the shop you saw the identical item so we can justify this internally).

2. CHECK, DOUBLE CHECK!  : we check all goods on arrival to make sure all shoes are prisitine!

3. 14 Days!  :Our 14 days return policy: if you wish to return the goods you bought we will issue a credit note for your product within the first 14 days of purchase. We do need the goods returned UNUSED ,in its original packaging and with your receipt!

4. OOPS!  : in the very unlikely event of having purchased a faulty (production) product we will replace the product or issue a credit note .

5.ADVICE? JUST ASK! : we guarantee that we will find an answer for all your questions related to kid's feet and shoes. We have access to specialists and will always respond to your queries.

Since we are not Doctors we might sometimes advise you to also seek medical advice if needed.

6.KEEP ME IN THE LOOP!  : we will come back to any of your queries within 1 working day

7. Fitting services : we work with a team of very motivated certified shoefitters. we will always measure your Child's feet to make sure we will get the size right and your child will get the Right Size!

8. Welcome : we will always have coffee or tea and lemonade available in our shops for yourself and your Children. We have toys and books to keep them occupied!

* We are sorry that we cannot accept any returns due to stitchings, accessories or soles on shoes coming loose which is often part of normal wear and tear. Scuffed shoes are very common and are due to particular usage by the child and will not be refunded neither. We will however endeavour to get them repaired at very reasonable rates.
