Unworn merchandise
Simply return your shoes using the return address below or pop in at the shop - unworn, undamaged and in the original manufacture's box for an exchange or a credit note.
We will not accept any exchanges or returns without a valid till receipt
We have a 14 day policy (starting from day of purchase) on returns.
If you send it back then please return the merchandise in a packaging box to avoid the original box being damaged or marred due to improper shipping. Do not tape or label directly on the shoe boxes themselves.
Please make sure you put the right postage on the box and obtain proof of postage.

Defective merchandise
Trading standards and Bananalana define defective merchandise as any footwear that is flawed concerning workmanship or materials, and therefore is warranted by the manufacturer.
Defective footwear claims must be made in 14 days of the purchase date.
Please send or bring directly all "defective" returns using the address above.
Returns thought to be defective will be inspected promptly (within 2 business days) If a warranted manufactured defect exists, Bananalana will decide to repair, replace or issue a credit note for the defective Footwear.
Any worn footwear determined not to have a manufacturers defect, will be returned to the customer promptly. However, we do offer you the opportunity to get it repaired at very reasonable rates
Neither the manufacturer nor Bananalana will give credit for slight imperfections in stitching or materials (cosmetic defects) once the shoe has been worn. It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect the shoes before they are worn and return the unworn footwear.
We are sorry that we cannot accept any returns due to stitchings, accessories or soles on shoes coming loose which is often part of normal wear and tear. Applications on shoes like flowers, beads etc are purely decorative and the very nature of usage by children will cause them to fall off however, this will not affect the purpose of the shoes. Scuffed shoes are very common and are due to particular usage by the child and will not be refunded neither. We will however endeavour to get them repaired at very reasonable rates.
Bananalana is happy to offer a credit note or an exchange but does not offer refunds
